So many more companies could be making branded company podcasts, because even if they are in a technical, obscure, or contentious industry, they probably have an area of activism or community investment that tells a great story about the company. That’s well demonstrated by the podcast from ZeroNorth:
Navigating Zero
I hadn’t heard of ZeroNorth before, but they are a big player in global trade and shipping software. For them, climate and reducing emissions from the transportation industry is their key area of activism, and they do a good job of capturing that on the show. They have a solid interview format, bringing on industry leaders to talk about conservation efforts as well as innovation in their businesses. They also include a tactic I always appreciate and included in my own interview podcasts, of the host providing a succinct recap of the interview to round out the episode.
