One of the industries I've observed to have the most prevalence of branded company podcasts is professional services, like consulting. That ranges from the big management consulting firms to specialists in different functional areas. My review today is for the podcast from Coldwater Communications:
Deep Dive
They are a Public Relations firm and the show is hosted by Coldwater founder Theodora Jean as a 10-episode series. I like a few elements of how they've executed on the show. They bring in outside guests and present a nice balance between getting the guest perspective and sharing the expertise from Coldwater. They release short, one-minute previews of each episode that can be repurposed to bring in listeners from social media and other channels. And they've chosen a nice set of topics at the intersection of PR and wider trends like DEI, crisis communications, and AI.
