Michael is an adjunct fellow at the American Enterprise Institute and education policy director and senior fellow at the Cicero Institute with extensive experience in higher education.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;A former senior advisor to the U.S. Undersecretary of Education under President Trump, Brickman, says the Department often identifies a for-profit entity to raise concerns about, leading to members of Congress asking an external group to investigate.
