One of the unique benefits of a branded company podcast is that your customers and prospects have an immersive experience with your brand for the duration of the podcast episodes. That means it is especially well suited to help educate the listener and make an intimidating product or service more approachable. That’s an opportunity that Morgan Stanley harnessed well in their new show this year:
What Should I Do With My Money?
Host Jamie Roô invites the listener to join the conversation between a regular consumer and a Morgan Stanley financial advisor. The topics and needs of the consumer are very relatable, like saving for a new home, planning for retirement, and getting started on investing. A lot of other brands could apply this same approach of combining the voices of people in the target market with empathetic experts from the company.
This is the first Morgan Stanley podcast I’ve featured, but they actually have a long track record of branded company podcasts that are all solid. They work with Pacific Content on “What should I do…” and others in their network. If you want more of the backstory of the show, check out Pacific Content’s interview with Jamie
