Inspiring, feel-good stories do well on social media, and they can do well in a branded company podcast for the right brand. That’s the approach that GoFundMe leaned into:
True Stories of Good People
The title pretty much says it all! Each episode, hosted by Kelsea Little, and produced by Cloud Studios Podcasting, focuses on the story of someone giving back to their community or people in need. I like the approach they took of not making the GoFundMe effort of the person the focus or even mentioned much at all. That way the show comes across as more genuine about celebrating the person’s great work. It still does the trick on reminding the audience about the importance of supporting people and causes through crowdfunding.
