When a company branded podcast has a host from the company rather than an outside journalist or expert, there’s a question of whether to use a single host or more than one. Cushman & Wakefield has an interesting approach in their podcast:
The Team Around the Table: A CRE Podcast
It looks like the company had a podcast “We Make It Work” running for a few years with a mix of standalone and mini-series episodes, and then a long-running host Michael Creamer. This year they rebranded the show as “The Team Around the Table” and from what I can tell have had completely different hosts and guests across nine new episodes so far.
That can be challenging to find the pipeline of speakers and keep the style consistent. What I like for Cushman & Wakefield’s show in particular is that it’s not just a gimmick, since the point of the show is to highlight the different functions and people involved in commercial real estate.
