Host Steve Walker interviews leaders in customer experience and related fields, and they’re well past 300 episodes of the show. I really liked a couple elements of the show I listened to - the guest was Dan Silvert from Velocity Advisory Group, who talked through how his firm uses this bird species personality types to help companies and individuals think through their culture and interpersonal styles. Eagles are aggressive hunters, parrots are gregarious communicators, doves keep the peace, and owls are precise and curious operators. It’s a fun and approachable framework I hadn’t heard before. And importantly for a company podcast in a particular function, Steve Walker jumped in with additional insights and grounding in the customer experience challenges.
