The show is pretty far reaching - some episodes are about new, more environmentally conscious steel products, some is about policy and economics of the industry, and the episode I listened to took a much more consumer-oriented approach. Production company Fame.so brought on HGTV show host and licensed home inspector Joe Mazza to discuss home maintenance best practices and horror stories. I thought it struck a nice balance - Joe is knowledgeable and has contagious energy for caring about home repair, and he and the podcast host are gushing over steel roofs in a way that actually works - as they say, “you can’t have a house without steel!”
