For general interest podcasts, getting acquired or a major sponsorship is a major milestone goal. That’s less the case for branded company podcasts but it can still be a significant sign of success and opportunity for future growth, like it has been for Amplify Talent:

The show is hosted by the company’s Founder & CEO Lars Schmidt, who has significant audio expertise himself having worked for three years at NPR in talent and hiring. The show does great interviews with People function leaders, as well as deep dives into people and strategy topics. It has gone through a number of iterations of both format and name since it started in 2017.
The most recent major change is joining the LinkedIn Podcast Network in February. It’s a nice fit there among other business shows and shows that branded company podcasts can look to more creative models for sponsorship and partnership.
