My reviews of branded company podcasts shows winning Signal Awards continues. I’m not quite what the definition and criteria are for the “Best Experimental” category are. But U.S. Bank's podcast that won a bronze is definitely worthy of recognition:
Real Good
It’s perhaps the best example I’ve listened to for how a branded podcast can be centered in a company’s philanthropy and social impact, with the right balance of earnestness about the subject and credible connection to the company’s investments.
They’ve touched on so many critical topics, like “the economics of anti-racism”, “closing the gender gap in tech”, and much more. Greg Cunningham, MBA has been hosting since the beginning, and brings expertise and commitment to the topic as US Bank’s Chief Diversity Officer. In the more recent seasons, prolific podcast host Faith Salie has joined to give the show a two-person co-host structure. Stitcher Studios and Domino Sound contribute on the production side.
