Customer stories almost always make for a great branded company podcast topic, as they speak authentically to the experience of peers and aspirational successes. That’s even more relevant if your customer base are small businesses and entrepreneurs. They’re the most hungry for learning from others who have succeeded with your product or service. I know Kajabi well from my time at Patreon, and host Jared Loman does a great job with these customer interviews on their show:
Online Business Edge
Each episode features an interview with a Kajabi customer talking about their origin story as a creator or coach, some of the tactics they used to build out their courses and products on Kajabi, and the challenges along the way. It’s a good example of taking stories of entrepreneurs that will generally resonate, along with enough sprinkling in of Kajabi specifics to make it especially relevant for their existing and prospective customer base.
They also do a good job of taking their customer presentations from live events and turning those into podcast episodes. And finally, congrats as they are approaching 100 episodes of the show!
