This week will be all about branded company podcasts from credit unions. After coming across one show in the category, I found there are actually a ton of them, which is probably emblematic of their focus on local community contributions. Today’s review is for Royal Credit Union in Wisconsin & Minnesota:
It’s a fun concept based on “snack-sized episodes” about personal finance. The one I listened to about investing makes sense for the credit union audience starting with a 101-level primer on the topic. I also liked that the show leaned on the comfort and familiarity of having the hosts (known just by their first names Alexis, Steve, Cooper, and James) share their personal perspective on the topic.
