The show is produced by Western Sound and iHeart Media. In fact, it’s the first show to launch in a wider partnership between LinkedIn and iHeart. It’s hosted by LinkedIn Early Career Development Editor Gianna Prudente and Community Manager Jamé Jackson Gadsden and it’s promoted as, and successfully follows through on, bringing the classic career topics into the Gen Z space. In the first episode, they talk about imposter syndrome and salary negotiations specifically about handling first and early jobs after college.
Overall it’s a great example of building out additional shows with an authentic focus on a specific listener demographic. And LinkedIn looks to be continuing to build momentum with their sustained bet on branded company podcasts!
