I’m continuing to seek out and listen to branded company podcasts from the Fortune 500, and today’s review is from the publicly-traded, government sponsored enterprise, Freddie Mac:

The structure of their podcasts are a little bit nebulous, but roughly they have a series focused on single family home mortgages, and a series focused on multi-family property mortgages. That structure works well and is applicable for a lot of companies, who also has two different stakeholder audiences with different needs.
I listened to an episode of both types of Freddie Mac’s podcasts and wanted to highlight the single family side. They have a rotating set of hosts, and I liked the style where the host and guest used the interview to catch up from their last industry event interaction. It reinforces that the show is part of a wider set of industry activities, and that they both are rooting for everyone involved to thrive.
