As the name indicates, the show is less of a source of a steady release of new pieces of content, and more of a persistent resource for prospective clients and to demonstrate John’s expertise. It’s an interesting concept. There’s so much pressure to release podcasts on a regular cadence, and keep pushing for the next season or episode. But for this use case of addressing concerns and uncertainty about how to use podcasting for employees, this repository style approach both addresses the topic and routes people to thinking of audio as a useful format.
