There’s such a variety of crossovers between branded company podcasts and the styles of shows from general interest podcasts. Let’s look at the podcast from The Leo Baeck Institute:
Exile
The Institute is “a research library and archive focused on the history of German-speaking Jews” and they worked with production partner Antica Productions on the podcast. Given the historical storytelling nature of the organization’s focus, they take a clever approach of bringing the true crime - or for pre-podcast reference, Unsolved Mysteries - style to each episode’s story. It doesn’t hurt that they have the recognizable voice and gravitas of actor Mandy Patinkin as the narrator.
