I like seeing companies make branded company podcasts where they highlight the work and especially the people inside the organization. It’s a good model for storytelling that can work for shaping their reputation in the industry as well as with current employees and candidates.
Everyday Heroes
This show is from private equity firm Shore Capital Partners and from listening to a single episode that focused on healthcare, I thought that might be the overall scope. But Shore actually has a wide variety of investments across food & beverage, back office solutions, and healthcare. That makes it all the more effective to use the show to highlight the people doing great work across their portfolio companies.
Another nice touch I liked that works well for a podcast featuring internal employees is that the guests have all been nominated by someone else in the company. That really adds to how celebratory the show feels and I’m sure is a great community building program within the company.
