Universities have so much great podcast-ready content from the professors doing leading edge research to the accomplished alumni. I’ve featured Purdue University before, and today’s branded company podcast highlight is from the Stanford Graduate School of Business:
Stanford has a lot of podcasts to choose from across science, philosophy, business, and more. I liked this show in particular because it’s a good representation of what you can get from letting smart professors loose to riff about the topics they are passionate about. The hosts are Jonathan Berk and Jules van Binsbergen and it’s notable that while Prof Berk is from Stanford, Prof van Binsbergen is from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School… and yet it’s a purely Stanford-branded show.
I’m also making note that this is the first show I’ve reviewed from production agency University FM. They’re on my radar now and it’s a savvy approach to develop expertise in podcast production in a particular segment of companies and organizations that has plenty of space for growth.
